Grass

• You must live within Valparaiso city limits to obtain a “grass pass”.
• To obtain, you will show their driver’s license to the Valparaiso Compost site attendant.
• Your address is looked up to confirm it is within city limits.
• The grass pass is issued (driver’s license # is put on the pass).
• If you do not live within city limits, you are allowed one dump and directed to the Boone Grove or Portage Streets Department (must be a Portage resident).
